Palos Verdes cross country team has pair of All-Americans in Diaz, Mehra
Diaz finishes sixth in boys race, Mehra 16th in the girls at Nike Cross Nationals in Portland, Ore.

Palos Verdes runners Jonah Diaz and Rebecca Mehra shared an embrace after their final high school cross country races.
It was another pair of banner performances to culminate their storied careers.
Diaz secured a sixth-place finish and Mehra took 16th place at the Nike Cross Nationals at Portland Meadows in Oregon, earning All-American honors.
