North runners heading to national meet in Oregon

The state finals mark the end of the season in most high school sports.
But for elite cross-country runners and teams, it’s only a prelude to regional and national championship meets.
The Columbus North boys haven’t stopped since winning their third consecutive state title Oct. 29. The Bull Dogs will finally wrap up their season Saturday in the Nike Cross Nationals in Portland, Ore.
