HF-L runner heading to Nike Cross Nationals

WAPPINGERS FALLS — Cooper Roach is packing his bags for the west coast.
The HF-L senior put out an incredible showing last Saturday, placing fifth at the prestigious Nike Cross Regionals at Bowdoin Park in Wappingers Falls.
Roach, who was 14th at the Federation Championships at the same location a week prior, finished fifth with a time of 16:11, automatically qualifying for this Saturday’s Nike Cross Nationals in Portland, OR.
