RACE DAY SPECTATOR PARKING INFORMATION

All spectators will need to park at the spectator parking lot located at the Linfield University campus (address below) where shuttles will transport you to/from Glendoveer Golf Course.  Please plan to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the race start to allow ample time.  Please make sure to remove all valuables from your vehicle prior to parking.

AIR / TRANSPORTATION/ HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS

• Athlete’s family members are responsible for their own travel, ground transportation and hotel accommodations.

• Due to liability concerns, family members will NOT be allowed to ride with the athletes on the buses.

• Athletes will be transported by a designated NXN bus at all times and due to liability concerns will not be permitted to leave event premises with family members or friends during their stay in Portland.

• Parents do NOT need to register their athlete online.  Upon qualification, meet staff will register athletes for NXN and take care of their flight and hotel accommodations.

NIKE CROSS NATIONALS RACE/GLENDOVEER

• All family and friends are welcome to attend the free admission race at Glendoveer on December 2nd.

• All spectators will park at a nearby spectator parking lot and take the courtesy shuttle to Glendoveer.

Embassy Suites will serve as the meet hotel. The hotel will be reserved exclusively for Nike Cross Nationals athletes, chaperones, and staff, with a limited amount of rooms available for friends and family of Nike Cross Nationals participants to book on a first come first serve basis. Please note that some areas of the hotel will be restricted to credentialed staff, athlete and chaperone access only due to capacity restrictions.

If the special group rate of $179 plus tax per night is not showing on the site, please call the hotel’s Sales Office or check back for availability.   Please note this link is not for teams or athletes looking to book hotel rooms.  This is only for friends and family.
